1. Application and working principle of groundnut frying machine
This machine is mainly used in food processing industry, beans, nuts (such as peanuts, hazelnut, melon seeds, almonds, chestnuts, walnut etc) ...reduce moisture of nuts.
This machine with electric heating tube as the heat source, adopts the rotary cage, heat conduction and heat radiation principle, with automatic temperature control device; the hot air as drying medium, the heat effect in baked objects, in the baking process is baked in a cage by advancing propulsion device to form a continuous loop. Uniform heating, effective guarantee of baking quality. This product is the new time control function: open time controller, time controller will be used to bake cooked material, the material in the oven to bake to the time after the alarm lights, close the controller.

2. Introduction of groundnut peeling machine
The groundnut peeling machine is specially used for peeling fried or dried peanuts to be processed into peanut kernels. Automatic separation of peanut kernel and peanut skin after processing.
This machine includes 1 sets of peeling machine, 1 sets of rack and 1 sets of suction and peeling device.
a. The machine adopts roller rubbing and peeling method, the peeling effect is good, and the peeled peanut kernel is smooth and without injury.
b. The peeling effect is good, the peeling rate is >96%, and the half grain rate is lower than 6%.
c. Combination of flexible, the machine can be two units, three units at the same time, but also with large-scale peeling machine at the same time, to meet the requirements of different production scale.
