Working Principle of Cocoa Nibs Grinding Machine:
The machine is driven by an electric motor and consists of driving rotating gear and matching fixed gear. There is an adjustable tiny gap between the two grinding bodies. When the cocoa nibs passes through this gap, due to the sharp velocity gradient between the rotating gear and the fixed gear, the cocoa beans are subjected to strong friction and become cocoa mass.

Cocoa nibs grinding can better reduce the fat content in cocoa powder. Our machine is simple in structure and stable in operation. In the process of grinding the cocoa nibs, the large particles will become particles of only about 0.15mm under the high-speed shearing and friction of the colloidal grinding rotor, so that the grease in the small particles can be removed in a shorter time.
