Automatic Peanut Roasting and Seasoning Line for Nuts

The peanut roasting line is mainly composed of roasting and cooling machines, drum seasoning machines, packaging machines and other equipment. The whole production line has high efficiency, high output and wide application range.

1. Large Peanut Roasting Machine
The roasting machine integrates the functions of roasting and cooling. The temperature of the roasted nuts has been lowered and can be packaged directly. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, adopts PLC automatic control system, has automatic temperature control system, transmission frequency conversion speed regulation system, material feeding and discharging system, etc. Gas or electric heating is available.

The production capacity of this equipment is 500-1000 kg/h, which can be applied to large-scale automatic production, and can greatly reduce the workshop area.

2. Drum Peanut Seasoning Machine
This seasoning machine is used for stirring the seasoning powder in the later stage of roasting nuts such as peanuts/almonds/cashews. The design of the octagonal stainless steel barrel can fully stir the food seasoning and peanuts evenly in a short time. Automatic inclined feeding out of the barrel, automatic stirring, automatic discharge, convenient and no dead angle.
