Packing machine boot sequence

1. Start the packaging machine commissioning. Turn the blanking clutch lever to the disconnection mark. No abnormality starts the machine to run.

2. Adjust the stepless governor to the slowest position by marking. After the machine stops, follow the steps of threading the film to send the package along the former to the longitudinal mold, press the seal, pull the clutch out with your right hand, pull the film to the pull roller with the left hand, and close the pull-out clutch.

3. Start the empty bag packaging mechanism, check its sealing quality.

4. Together with the material handle, observe the cutting time is correct.

5. Put a small amount of material in the material bucket, start the packaging machine, test the finished product, and check whether the package weight meets the requirements.

6. After the above preparations are completed, the finished product can be mass produced.
