Working Principle of Cocoa Bean Cracker for Sale:
The machine is mainly composed of a hopper, a feeding vibrating screen, a rubber roller mechanism, a vibrating screening structure and a specific gravity separation mechanism.
Under natural conditions, the skin and kernel of cocoa beans are tightly combined. However, the outer skin of the roasted cocoa beans is brittle. After being squeezed by a pair of rollers, the skin can be easily separated as the cocoa beans are broken. Because the weight of the separated skins and kernels is different, the skins and kernels can be separated by wind sorting, and the cocoa nibs are finally obtained.

Use and Operation of the Cocoa Bean Cracker Machine:
1. The processed cocoa beans must not contain stones and other sundries.
2. Adjust the inserting plate of the upper hopper to a proper position to control the speed of unloading to ensure the cracking effect of cocoa beans.
3. The gap between the three rubber rollers should be adjusted appropriately according to the size of the cocoa beans. Generally, the gap between the upper and middle rollers is 12-15 mm, and the gap between the middle and lower rollers is 10-12 mm.
4. Start the fan, the cocoa beans are squeezed and separated by the rubber roller mechanism to separate the shells, and the centrifugal fan sucks out the broken shells.
