Hemp Seed Dehuller Operation Notice

There are five points you need to note when you operate the hemp seed dehuller machine:
1. Please check the machine before use. We should install the hopper, check all parts of the screw to complete, tighten well, no strange object in the machine room, the seat and the ground should be flat. After the confirmation of the normal power supply, the machine idling 5 minutes without abnormal noise, intense heating, strong vibrations can be prepared for material processing.

2. After the machine is operating normally, it should slowly pump out the feeding plate, gradually increase the load of the machine, and then adjust it carefully after the normal rice production, so as to meet the requirements of the rice. When used, please do not leave the machine. Do not allow the child to approach or operate.

3. To stop the stopover, close the feeding port first, and then stop the rice milling in the milling room.

4. Start milling machine from the meters mouth see shell, such as a large proportion of the shell is not clean, can adjust the hand wheel of shell device toward the direction of the small twist slowly until the shell effect, if found peel out of rice with a certain proportion is broken, need to dial the hand wheel in the direction of large adjustment, enlarge the rice milling rubber roller clearance.

5. It is strictly forbidden to clean the main engine with water, so as to prevent the water from falling on the fuselage, so as to avoid electric leakage.
