The depositor machine is mainly composed of a chip depositing device and a cooling channel. The chip depositing device is composed of a chocolate chip pouring portion, a belt lifting portion, and a rack. The cooling of the pipes is done by a cooling system in which the compressors and evaporators are circulated.
Manually pour or pump the chocolate sauce into the preheating hopper, drip the chocolate sauce through the depositing head on the PU conveyor belt, and transfer the product to the cooling channel for cooling and automatic falling off.
