Working principle:
This machine though to add fresh pine nuts in closed tanks by using steam or liquefied petroleum gas for heating, high temperature and high pressure. It through the high temperature and high pressure to close the storage tank. And then relief the instantaneous pressure, through the pressure difference to complete the opening of the nuts, the whole process will not add any additives. Using of purely physical method of opening, with no pollution, simple characteristic of operation.
Structure:
1. Equipped with thermometer and pressure gage, the bulking machine can automatic measuring
tank internal temperature and pressure when processing nuts.
2. Roller using insulation material, and the machine's temperature is not lost in the cylinder, high speed, managing
electric energy, low cost.
3. Improved tank body: tank body is wholly made of 304 stainless steel cast material, firmer and more
durable than common welding.
