It conforms to the control index.
Step 5: Filtration, filtering to remove foreign bodies and clusters.
Step 6: Tempering, so that chocolate products will be white after some time (blooming).
Step 7: Molding.
Step 8: Storing. It needs to be stored under the conditions of temperature control and humidity control.
