The electric nut chopper is mainly used in the chopping of different size nuts kernels in the food processing industry, such as peanut, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, macadamia nut and so on. It is a perfect choice for production  nuts chopps plant and factory. Instructions for use are as follows:

 

First, use and operation

1. Before starting the machine, we should check whether the line is normal and whether the parts of the rotating parts are added to the lubricating oil.

2. Put the nuts kernel into the chopper hopper and start the cutters, conveyer belts and vibrating screen buttons.

3. Nut kernels are loaded into the chopper hopper. The conveyor belt is sent evenly to the shredding mechanism. The size of the nuts granules is controlled by the speed of the conveyor belt (the speed of the conveyor belt is controlled by the governor of the speed governing motor).

4. Chopped nuts kernel after entering the vibration screen, qualified particles into the sieve under the hopper, large particles of two chopped.

Two, precautions and maintenance

1. Often check whether the transmission parts are lack of oil, there is no abnormal phenomenon, and the time treatment.

2. Whether the cutter is parallel to the base plate and the size of the gap is consistent.

3. Cutting knife slider is loose, timely injection.

4. Improve the conveyor belt or not, adjust the two sides bolts, to ensure normal operation.

5. The material must not have stones, such as debris, so as to prevent the damage of conveyor belts and cutting tools.
