Colloid Mill Cleaning Method

1) Rotate the adjusting ring counterclockwise, not less than 90 degrees (the clearance between the stator and rotor is increased).

2) Water cleaning.

Note: equipment cleaning should be carried out in the running state of the machine.

If the equipment is not used for a short period of time, the inner cavity should be cleaned according to the above method. In order to prevent the machine from being rusted, it is best to use high pressure air to dry it. Cleaning should be based on different materials to choose the appropriate cleaning agent, to ensure that no damage to the seal (sealing material for Ding Qing rubber).
