How to Make Fried Chicken Pieces

The detailed making process: 
1. Washing materials clean before fried. 
2. All chicken( or other meat) should to remove the bone from the chicken. If process large capacity chiecken, there is professional meat bone removing machine can help you. 
3. Cutting chicken into small pieces for next frying step. Size of chicken just follow your need.
4. Putting the ginger powder, sake, salt, black pepper broken into chicken pieces. Pickled meat for five minutes.
5. Then put the salad sauce, egg, starch into the chicken pieces, mixing them well.
6. Frying step. All prepares just for the frying step. Keep the oil temperature in 180 degrees, this step is hard to keep by people's power, so for large producing of chicken pieces, the professinoal frying machine is an ideal equipment for frying different meat foods with large capacity. 
7. Checking the temperatre continuously, once the fried chicken pieces become yellow, pick them up quickly.  
8. Cooling them in a empty place, try not to heap pressure of them, because that will broke their beautiful surface.
