Production Process of Tomato Paste Jar Filling

Tomato paste packaged with jar is the common packing type in the market. Vacum jar filling packing can protect the tomato paste storage long time without pollute by air. So the packing production process decide the tomato paste quality directly. Tomato Paste Jar Filling Production Process:
Firstly, put the boxes with empty bottles on the tray, and though the conveyor to the unloading machine, and pick the empty bottle up for the filling step.
Secondly, sterilizing these empty bottles. Only after sterilizing empty bottles can be used to package the tomato paste in the next step.
Thridly, put the bottle under the tomato paste filling machine. When the the set amount reached, the machine will stop automatically. ( size of each bottle is 100 to 1000ml, pakcing speed is about 20 to 60 bottles per minute).
